Section - 1 - Virtues of Dhul Hijjah
What are the virtues of worshipping the nights of Dhu'l-Hijjah and fasting on 9th Dhul Hajj? Is it Wajib not to trim hair and cut nails from 1st Zil Hajj until Qurbani? A person who does not perform Qurbani though refrains from trimming hair and cutting nails, would that person get reward equivalent to doing Qurbani?یکم ذی الحج سے لے کر قربانی تک ناخن اور بال نہ کاٹنا کیا واجب ہے؟ اور کیا جو قربانی نہیں کرسکتا اگر وہ ناخن اور بال نہیں کاٹتا تو کیا اسے قربانی کا ثواب ملے گا؟ Can you please advise on the importance of not cutting the hair or clipping the nails after the moon for Dhul-Hijjah is sighted? Is it done in resemblance /Mushabihat with the Hujjaj?کیا آپ بالوں اور ناخنوں کے نہ کاٹنے کی اہمیت اور فضیلت پر روشنی ڈال سکتے ہیں جبکہ ذوالحجہ کا چاند نظر آ گیا ہو، کیا یہ عمل حجاج کی مشابہت اختیار کرنے کے لیے کیا جاتا ہے؟ Section - 2 - Rulings of Qurbani (On whom is Qurbani Wajib)
During the days of Qurbani, can we distribute the money (kept for Qurbani) to the poor and needy instead of sacrificing the animal?کیا قربانی کے دنوں میں میں جو پیسے قربانی کے جانور خریدنے کے لئے مختص کئے گئے ہیں انہیں غریبوں میں تقسیم کیاجاسکتا ہے بجائے قربانی کرنے کے؟ Is it more virtuous to help people with the money rather than doing Qurbani?قربانی کرنا زیادہ افضل ہے یا اسی پیسے سے لوگوں کی مدد کر دینا زیادہ افضل ہے؟ Big Joint Family with many adults and children, Is one Qurbani enough for the entire family?کیا ایسے بڑے مشترکہ خاندان میں ایک قربانی سب کی طرف سے کرنا جائز ہے جس میں کافی تعداد میں بالغ اور بچے موجود ہوں؟ If a woman has jewelry that is eligible for Zakat though she has no cash, is it still mandatory for her to do Qurbani?عورت کے پاس اگر قابلِ زکٰوۃ زیور ہو اور نقدی نہ ہو تو کیا اس پر قربانی واجب ہے؟ Is it mandatory for a person to do Qurbani who has to pay off a loan though cannot pay it off immediately? The person also needs to determine the loan amount for business and currently has 4 To 5 hundred thousand in cash, a car and some real estate. شریعت کیا کہتی ہے جس شخص پر قرض واجب ہو اور اس کیلئے رقم کی ادائیگی کرنا فی الحال ممکن نہ ہو، اور کاروباری قرض کی رقم کا تعین ہونا باقی ہو تو کیا ایسی صورت میں قربانی واجب ہوگی، جبکہ نقدی کی شکل میں چار پانچ لاکھ موجود ہوں اور پراپرٹی کی شکل میں زمین اور گاڑی ہے۔ If the Qurbani is obligatory on every member of a family, will it be enough if the head of that family performs only one Qurbani on behalf of all the Family members? Or Should it be done separately by every member of that family (that is sahib-e-nisaab)? What is the opinion of other Aimma-e-kiram? اگر قربانی گھر کے تمام افراد کے اوپر واجب ہو، تو کیا گھر کا سربراہ سب کی طرف سے ایک جانور یعنی ایک حصہ قربان کر سکتا ہے، یا گھر کے ہر فرد کو جس پر قربانی واجب ہے الگ الگ قربانی کرنا پڑے گی، اس بارے میں دوسرے آئمہ کرام کی رائے سے بھی آگاہ کیجئے Is Qurbani compulsory on a person who has forty thousand Rupees in his possession and a loan of 5 lakh Rupees which he must pay in 6 months?ایک آدمی کے پاس چالیس ہزار روپے ہیں جبکہ اس کے اوپر پانچ لاکھ روپے قرضہ ہے جو کہ اس نے چھ ماہ میں ادا کرنا ہے، کیا اس پر قربانی کرنا واجب ہوگا؟ Can the sacrifice (Qurbani) be performed on behalf of a deceased person? کیا وفات پائے ہوئے شخص کی جانب سے قربانی کی جا سکتی ہے؟ It is mentioned in a Hadith in Tirmizi abd Ibne Majah in which Hazrath Abu Ayub Ansari (RadhiAllahu Anhu) says that, during the time of Rasoolullah (Sallalahu Alayhi waSallam) we used to slaughter only one animal on behalf of all the Family members. In light of the above Hadith, can we sacrifice only one animal on behalf of our entire family or is it obligatory to give Qurbani for every sane adult male/female who has wealth in excess to his/her needs?ابن ماجہ اور ترمذی کی ایک حدیث میں آیا ہے کہ حضرت ابو ایوب انصاری رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ نے فرمایا کہ ہم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانے میں پورے خاندان کی جانب سے صرف ایک قربانی کیا کرتے تھے کیا اس حدیث کی روشنی میں ہم بھی پورے خاندان کی جانب سے ایک قربانی کرسکتے ہیں، یا یہ کہ خاندان کے ہر سمجھدار بالغ صاحبِ نصاب شخص کو اپنی الگ الگ قربانی کرنا واجب ہے؟ <> Is there Qurbani for Na-Baligh Children? کیا نابالغ بچوں کی جانب سے قربانی کرنا ضروری ہے؟ Is Qurbani wajib on a traveling person?کیا مسافر پر قربانی واجب ہے؟ If a person's monthly expenditure is 20K Rupees and Nisab for qurbani is 15K Rupees, will Qurbani be wajib on him? ایک آدمی کا ماہوار خرچہ بیس ہزار روپے ہے اور قربانی کا نصاب پندرہ ہزار روپے ، تو کیا A person who is exempt from giving Qurbani in the eyes of Shariah, buys a got for Qurbani out of love of Deen. Later, his goat gets stolen. He then, buys a second goat for Qurbani but later finds his stolen goat which he bought at first. Now why, according to Hanafi Fuqaha, is he required to sacrifice both goats as Qurbani instead of sacrificing just one?ایک ایسا شخص جس پر قربانی واجب نہیں ہے، اپنی خوشی سے ایک بکرا خریدتا ہے قربانی کی نیت سے، وہ بکرا اس کا چوری ہو جاتا ہے، وہ ایک اور بکرا خریدتا ہے قربانی کی نیت سے، پھر اسے پہلے گُما ہوا بکرا مل جاتا ہے، حنفی فقہاء کے نزدیک کیوں اسے دونوں بکرے قربان کرنا پڑیں گے بجائے اس کے کہ وہ صرف ایک بکرے کو قربان کرلے؟ How can I make up for the missed years of Qurbani?گزشتہ سالوں کی قضا قربانی کو کیسے ادا کیا جائے؟ Section - 3 - Validity of the Qurbani

Is the Qurbani valid? قربانی کے حصہ داروں میں سے ایک حصہ دار کا عقیدہ صحیح نہیں ہے یا یہ کہ وہ قادیانی ہے تو کیا اس صورت میں قربانی درست ہو گی؟ One of the 7 Shareholders in a cow does not have intention of Qurbani but to only take the meat?
