4225 > You mentioned in one of the lectures that Allah Ta'ala ordained capital punishments (حدود) on some actions but sins of akhlaqiyat are worst than those hudood. Why is it that Allah Ta'ala didn't even ordain any capital punishment on those akhlaqi sins if they were that grave? آپ نے فرمایا کہ شریعت کی حدود اللہ تعالی نے رکھی ہیں اور ان پر سزا بھی ہے پر اخلاقیات کا گناہ ان حدود سے بتر ہے لیکن اللہ تعالی نے ان پر کوئی سزا نہیں رکھی ، یہ کیوں؟

What is the minimum level of standard one should maintain to keep good ties with relatives and vice versa? آجکل کے دور میں تبدیل شدہ رویوں اور معاملات میں پیسے کے عمل دخل کی وجہ سے رشتہ نبھانا مشکل ہوتا جا رہا ہے۔ اس صورتحال میں صلہ رحمی اور قطع رحمی کا کیا معیار ہونا چاہیے؟

4083 > Can a husband force his wife to greet his relatives if she doesn't feel content about it? عورت کا شوہر کے رشتہ داروں کو سلام کرنا کیسا ہے؟ اگر وہ مائل نہیں ہے تو شوہر مجبور کر سکتا ہے؟
4082 > If a person is insisted on to forgive someone who he doesn't want to forgive, will he be held accountable for this in aakhirah? حضور اقدس صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی مثالیں دے کر کسی کو معاف کرنے پر یا درگزر کرنے پر مجبور کیا جا سکتا ہے؟ اگر وہ شخص معاف نہ کرے تو کیا وہ اللہ تعالی کے ہاں مجرم ہے؟
4081 > If relatives, like grandfather or uncles, start sticking their nose in our business, can we keep them at distance. Meaning, can we meet them every so often and fulfil their needs but not meet them everyday? اگر قریبی رشتہ دار مثلا دادا دادی چچا چچی وغیرہ زندگی تنگ کر دیں اور ہر بات میں دخل دینے لگیں تو کیا ان سے تعلق کو چھوڑا جا سکتا ہے ، یعنی ان سے کبھی کبھی ملتا رہے اور انکی خدمت کے تقاضوں کو پورا کرتا رہے؟
4073 > What is the difference between Gheebat & Buhtan? Will it be considered as gheebat if we talk bad about politicians or leaders, and criticize the works of our scholars and writers? غیبت اور بہتان کِسے کہتے ہیں؟ ان دونوں میں کیا فرق ہے؟ سیاستدان اور لیڈروں کی برائیاں بیان کرنا ، اسی طرح علماء اور ادیبوں کی کتابوں اور تقاریر پر تنقید کرنا ، کیا یہ غیبت ہے؟
3004 > At the outset, I would like to say that your lectures are very educational & beneficial and we learn a lot from them, Jazaak Allah Khair. Recently, you debunked the grave misunderstanding of Ghamidi sahib regarding the law of Iddat in Islam but you addressed him with polite words & respect. Whereas, in the past, you severely condemned a certain Maulana sahib who is quite famous in our time. What is the wisdom behind this? آپ کے بیانات بہت مفید اور علمی ہوتے ہیں اور ان سے بہت کچھ سیکھنے کو ملتا ہے ، اللہ تعالی آپکو جزائے خیر عطا فرمائے۔ حال ہی میں آپ نے غامدی صاحب کے نقطہ نظر کا رد کیا ہے پر آپ نے انکو بڑے پیار سے مخاطب کیا ہے ، اور دوسری طرف ایک خاص مولانا صاحب کو سختی سے مخاطب کیا ہے؟ اسکی کیا وجہ ہے؟

2785 > Is it makrooh to point feet towards the Qiblah? کیا قبلہ کی طرف پاوں کرنا مکروہ ہے ؟ (ans include: babies and toddlers should also be put to sleep in such a way that their feet are not pointing towards the Qiblah otherwise the person who put the baby on bed will be held accountable)
2714 > I read in a book that in England they have a conscience fund where people can deposit their Haram money for their ease of mind. Shouldn't we have something like this in our country? ایک کتاب میں پڑھا کہ انگلینڈ میں انہوں ن ے conscience fund بنایا ہوا ہے کہ آدمی کا جو بھی حرام کا پیسہ ہوتا ہے وہ مرنے سے پہلے اس میں جمع کر دے تاکہ اسکے ذہن پر کوئ ی بھوج نہ ہو۔ ہمارے ہاں بھی ایسا ہو جاتا تو اچھا نہیں ہے ؟
2701 > Is it permissible to imprecate curses (بددعا ) on despotic rulers? کیا ظالم حکمرانوں کے خلاف بد دعا کی جا سکتی ہے ؟
2645 > Many store owners extend their shops outside on the road and similarly, people park their cars on the streets which results in a traffic jam for many hours. What does Shariah say about such acts? دکاندار حضرات اپنی دکانیں سڑک پر بڑھا لیتے ہیں ، اسی طرح لوگ گلیوں میں گاڑیاں پارک کر لیتے ہیں اور آمد و رفت میں سخت مشکل پیش آتی ہے۔ اور بعض اوقات تو گھنٹہ گھنٹہ بھر راستے بلاک ہو جاتے ہیں ، اس بارے میں شریعت کیا کہتی ہے ؟
2632 > Is it considered backbiting if Army officers tell professional weaknesses of others in their absence? آرمی میں کام کرنے والے اگر ایک دوسرے کی غیر موجودگی میں پیشہ وارانہ خامیاں بیان کرتے ہیں تو یہ بھی غیبت ہوگی ؟

2568 > Normally, I avoid raising objections but for few days whenever I see something wrong, such as, someone breaking the law, then I start objecting to it. Please correct me if these types of objections are also harmful for oneself? میں اعتراض کرنے سے بہت اجتناب کرتا ہوں مگر کچھ دنوں سے جب بھی غلط حرکت دیکھتا ہوں مثلاً قانون کی غلاف ورزی تو اس پر اعتراض کرنے لگتا ہوں۔ کیا ایسے اعتراضات کے بھی نقصانات ہوتے ہیں برائے مہربانی اصلاح فرمادے؟

2354 > I put perfume and عطر Itr on my children before they go to school but my elders stop me from doing so. Is this something which is against the Shariah? میں اپنے بچوں کو اسکول بھیجنے سے پہلے عطر لگاتا ہوں ہوں لیکن میرے بزرگ مجھے ایسا کرنے سے روکتے ہیں، کیا ایسا کرنا شریعت کے خلاف ہے؟
2352 > Is it permissible to exalt someone by addressing them as نور علی نور or with any similar (القاب) appellations? کیا کسی کو نورُٗ علی نور یا اس جیسے دوسرے القابات سے مخاطب کرنا جائز ہے؟
2332 > Is pandiculation (due to fatigue or drowsiness) a sin? کیا انگڑائی لینے سے گناہ ملتا ہے؟

2183 > What is the cure for jealousy? I read in a book to make dua for that person but it didn’t work for me, what should I do? انسان کو اگر حسد کی بیماری ہو جائے تو کیا کرنا چاہئے؟ "روح کی بیماریاں" کتاب میں پڑھا تھا کہ جس سے حسد ہو اس کیلئے دعا کریں اور محفل میں اس کی تعریف کریں۔ ایسا بھی کِیا کچھ خاص افاقہ نہ ہو سکا ، آپ کچھ رہنمائی فرما دیں؟
2094 > Your attitude is quite lenient towards the sins which relate to sex and alcohol etc., do you want people to get involved in these kinds of sins? Plus, you tell incorrect (jhooti) narrations such as last week you mentioned a hadith about Rajam of a jew person and I asked my local Imam about it who said these are all lies, please elaborate on this? وہ گناہ جو جنس اور شراب وغیرہ سے تعلق رکھتے ہیں آپ کا رویہ ان کے معاملے میں نرم کیوں ہے؟ کیا آپ یہ چاہتے ہیں کہ لوگ یہ گناہ کریں؟ دوسرے آپ جھوٹی روایات بیان کرتے ہیں ، پچھلے جمعے کو جو آپ نے رجم والی روایت بیان کی تھی وہ میں نے اپنی مسجد کے امام صاحب سے پوچھا تو انہوں نے بتایا کہ سب جھوٹ ہے، اسکی وضاحت فرما دیں۔
1961 > Everyone will be held accountable according to their caliber, how can we determine what our caliber is? ہر انسان سے اُسکی استطاعت کے مطابق حساب لیا جائے گا ، انسان کی استطاعت کا اندازہ کیسے کیا جائے؟
