5892 > What are the basic foundations to be built in a person who wants to study the four jurisprudence? ایک طالب علم جو چاروں فقہ پڑھنا چاہتا ہو اسے کہاں سے شروع کرنا چاہیے؟
5812 > While living in the West, can a person who is fundamentally Hanafi follow the rulings of other three Aaimah in the masail where it becomes hard for him to follow Hanafi fiqh? یورپ میں ایک شخص اہل سنہ کے عقیدے پہ ہے اور فقہ کے بارے میں کہتا ہے کہ میں بنیادی طور پر حنفی ہوں مگر حکومت مسلمانوں کی نہیں ہے اور نہ ہی حکومت کی جانب سے معاشرے میں کسی مسلک کو نافذ کیا گیا ہے ، لہذا ایک ہی مسلک پر رہتے ہوئے بعض مسائل میں عمل کرنا ناممکن یا تنگی کا سبب بنتا ہے۔ اس لئے آئمہ اربعہ کے حدود میں رہتے ہوئے دیگر آئمہ کے کسی بھی مسلک پر عمل کر لیتا ہوں ، مشہور مسائل آسانی سے عوام سے ہی معلوم ہو جاتے ہیں کیونکہ یورپ میں ہر مسلک کے لوگ موجود ہیں اور بنیادی کتابیں بھی مل جاتی ہیں ، کیا یہ طریقہ درست ہے؟
5724 > We all know that Allah Ta'ala created human beings and Jinns to worship him. Jinns also believe in Sayyidina Rasul-e-Akram صلي الله عليه و سلم but why doesn't the Holy Quran talk about the Ahkamat given to them? If they are not to follow Shariah then why is it necessary for them to believe in the Prophets of Allah (mercy be upon them all)? اللہ تعالی نے انسانوں اور جنوں کو اپنی عبادت کیلئے پیدا کیا اور جنات بھی حضور اقدس صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پر ایمان لاتے ہیں تو سوال یہ ہے کہ قرآن جنات کیلئے شریعت کے احکامات کیوں نہیں بیان کرتا؟ اگر ان کیلئے شریعت کے احکامات نہیں ہیں تو پھر ان کو بھی انبیاء کرام علیہم السلام پر ایمان لانے کا حکم کیوں ہے؟
5704 > After making wudu for ghusl, as we are to pour water three times on right side first and then the left side. What should we do if we are in a shower? نہانے کے آغاز میں وضو کرنے کے بعد تین تین مرتبہ پہلے دائیں پھر بائیں جو پانی جسم پر بہایا جاتا ہے ، اگر شاوَر ہو تو پھر کیا کیا جائے؟

5689 > Is this principle correct that everything pertaining to the world is Halal except which is forbidden by Quran & Hadith? Similarly, everything pertaining to the Deen is Haram expect which Quran & Sunnah allows. 4362 > There are many rulings in Shariah which are difficult to implement in our daily life. Take for example the issues of Paaki & Na-paaki, it is a built in feature of human nature to dislike impurity, but Shariah made various classifications for this issue such as Nijasat-e-Khafifa, Nijasat-e-Ghaliza and something has to be cleaned three times to attain purity. Similarly, if so much blood drains out then namaz becomes invalidated, etc. These kind of rulings make our daily life difficult, how can we keep track of all these measurements and numbers. Therefore, to make life easier at individual level, wouldn't it be perfect to allow one to follow any ruling from all four schools of thought in this day and age? What are your thoughts on this. فقہا کے بہت سے مسائل ، جن کا تعلق عام زندگی سے ہے ، زندگی کو مشکل بنا دیتے ہیں۔ مثلا پاکی ناپاکی کو لے لیجئے ؛ انسانی طبیعت خود نجاست سے گھن کھاتی ہے لیکن نجاست کی کئی اقسام کر دیں ، خفیفہ ، غلیظہ اور تین بار نہ دھویا تو پاکی نہیں ہوئی۔ اسی طرح خون اتنا نکلا تو ناپاک ہوگیا اور نماز ٹوٹ گئی۔ اب انسان کا سارا دماغ ناپنے تولنے میں لگ گیا۔ ان مسائل پر کون اور کیسے عمل کرے۔ اس قسم کے مسائل انسان کو نفسیاتی مریض بنا دیتے ہیں اور چونکہ یہ مسئلہ اجتہادی ہیں تو ہو سکتا ہے یہ مسائل غلط ہوں۔ اور مانا کی اگر یہ صحیح بھی ہوں تو جس زمانے میں یہ تھے مسلمانوں کی حکومت میں ان پر عمل کرنا آسان ہوگا۔ آج آسانی پیدا کرنی چاہیے مثلا یہ کہ کم سے کم انفرادی مسائل میں آئمہ اربعہ کے کسی بھی مسائل پر عمل کو درست قرار دینا چاہیے۔ اس پر آپ کی کیا رائے ہے؟

Also according to the three Imams, proof is only qiyaas or dalalat-un-nass and they consider that a person engaging in yameen-e-ghamoos should pay kaffarah. However Imam Abu Hanifah (Rahmatullahi Alaih) says that there is no kaffaarah. What is the reason for this difference in opinion?
