In Saudi Arabia, people combine two prayers in one time during travel or when it's raining. What is the ruling of this issue?
سفر میں ، سردی یا بارش کی صورت میں دو نمازوں کو ایک وقت میں ادا کر دیتے ہیں ، اس مسئلے کا کیا حل ہے؟
