Question:
Under the Islamic law of agriculture, it is mentioned that if someone doesn't use his agricultural land for three years then he will lose the proprietorship of the land, and therefore, it would be given to someone else. Is this correct?
آگریکلچر کی کتاب میں لکھا ہے کہ اسلامی طریقہ زراعت کے تحت تین سال تک زرعی زمین اگر کوئی آدمی نہیں اسے استعمال کرتا تو اس کا حق ختم ہو جائے گا اور وہ زمین کوئی اور لے لے گا؟
