Question:
I have to testify in court for a close relative who has stolen a part of the inheritance. Although he has a share in it but he has stolen more than what was rightfully his. Please, guide in this matter?
مجھے عدالت میں گواہی دینی ہے اور ہمارے ایک عزیز نے وراثت کا مال چوری کرلیا ہے ، جن کا اگرچہ وراثت میں حق بنتا ہے لیکن وہ اپنے حصے سے زیادہ چوڑی کر چکے ہیں؟
