Question:
If a wife says, "divorce me", and her husband agrees to it; will it constitute divorce? What if, her husband only replies back with just an "okay", what would be the hukm then?
عورت نے کہا کہ مجھے طلاق دے دو اور مرد نے اگر مان لیا تو کیا یہ طلاق ہو جائے گی؟ ایسے ہی اگر مرد نے صرف ہاں میں جواب دیا تو پھر طلاق کا کیا حکم ہے؟
