Question:
Can the parents of a deceased daughter demand the in-laws to return the dowry that was given to her by them? If so, can they sell it and use the money earned as they please?
صاحبزادی انتقال فرما گئیں تو والدین کی طرف سے دیا گیا جہیز واپس لیا جا سکتا ہے یا نہیں؟ کیا لیکر اسے بیچا جا سکتا ہے اور اس سلسلے میں ملنے والی رقم کو اپنی مرضی سے استعمال میں لا سکتے ہیں یا نہیں؟
