Question:
You mentioned that actions/deeds are not the basis of acquiring Jannat but it is the result of correct Aqeedah. Therefore, a person who does not believe in Allah Ta'ala but does a lot of good deeds may get his punishment reduced in aakhirah or may get the gift of Emaan in duniya. So, is it true the other way around, that is, a person who believes in Allah Ta'ala and His Messenger صلي الله علیه و سلم but lacks in his actions/deeds, will he enter paradise?
جنت عقیدہ کی بنیاد پر ملے گی عمل کی نہیں۔ جب پوچھا جاتا ہے اُس آدمی کے بارے میں جو الله پر ایمان نہیں رکھتا لیکن بہت اچھے اعمال کرتا ہے تو آپ نے کہا کہ اچھے اعمال کے بدلے میں سزا کم ہو سکتی ہے یا ایمان کا تحفہ مل سکتا ہے۔ کیا اسکا الٹ بھی سچ ہے یعنی ایک آدمی الله اور اسکے رسول صلی الله علیہ وسلم پر ایمان رکھتا ہو لیکن اعمال نہ کر رہا ہو ، کیا وہ جنت میں جائے گا؟
