6012 > Is it permissible to give zakat funds to a minor girl so she can use them to cover her school fees? کسی نابالغ بچی کو زکات کے پیسے دے دینا تاکہ وہ اپنی فیس ادا کر دے ، تو کیا یہ جائز ہے؟

5559 > Who is responsible to give Zakaat for the gold given to wife? بیوی کے زیورات پر کون زکات ادا کریگا؟
5552 > It is mentioned in Ahkam-ul-Quran by Hazrat Jassas رحمة الله عليه that according to Imam Abu Yusuf رحمة الله عليه we cannot give Wajib Sadaqat to a ghair-harbi non-muslim. Whereas, Hazrat Thanvi رحمة الله عليه thinks otherwise. Who is correct? کافر غیر حربی کو زکات کے علاوہ نفلی اور واجب صدقات دے سکتے ہیں ، یہ حضرت تھانوی رحمة الله عليه نے فرمایا ہے جس کے ناقل مولانا عبد الماجد دریابادی ہیں اپنی تفسیر میں سورہ بقرہ کے تحت۔ احکام القرآن جو حضرت جصاص رحمة الله عليه نے لکھی ہے انہوں نے کہا کہ صدقات واجبہ حضرت امام ابو یوسف رحمة الله عليه کے نزدیک نہیں دیے جا سکتے۔ اسکی تشریح فرما دیں؟
4433 > Can we buy a house with Zakat funds for a person who has a well-paid job but doesn't own a house? ایک بندہ جاب کرتا ہے اور اسکی تنخواہ اچھی ہے ، اس پر زکات نہیں لگتی۔ لیکن اس کے پاس گھر نہیں ہے تو کوئی اور بندہ اس کو زکات کے پیسوں سے گھر خرید کر دے سکتا ہے؟
4430 > I recently started a business in October 2021. When my Zakat becomes due, would I have to give it on the profit I gained from the business or the total principal asset I own? Secondly, do we have to give Zakat on silver and gold which is not in use? یکم اکتوبر اکیس سے کاروبار شروع کیا تھا ، جس رقم سے کاروبار شروع کیا اس کی مد پر منافع پہ زکات ہے یا جتنا سرمایہ ہے کُل پر زکات ہوگی؟ اسی طرح کیا سترہ تولے چاندی اور چھ تولے سونے پر زکات دینی ہوگی اگر وہ استعمال میں نہ ہو؟
4406 > I sold my house around 15 days before Ramadan, and my plan is to buy a new house with it. Do I have to give Zakaat on this? رمضان سے دس پندرہ منٹ پہلے اپنا مکان بیچا ، اس رقم سے دوسرا مکان لینا ہے تو کیا اس ساری رقم پر زکات دینی ہوگی؟

4385 > I have given a loan to someone who is not able to pay back for now, can I include this loaned amount in my Zakat? کسی کو میں نے قرض دیا ہے اور وہ فی الحال واپس نہیں کر سکتے تو کیا اس قرض کی رقم کو زکات کی مد میں شامل کر سکتے ہیں؟
4365 > A person belonging to Syed family is in dire need of liver transplant which is quite costly, would it be okay for the family to apply for funding through Zakat funds for this purpose? سید خاندان کے ایک فرد کو جگر ٹرانس پلانٹ کی اشد ضرورت ہے پر ان کے پاس اتنی رقم نہیں ہے جس سے علاج ہو سکے۔ کیا وہ زکات فنڈ سے پیسے لیکر اپنا علاج کروا سکتے ہیں؟ زکات فنڈ والے کہتے ہیں کہ وہ رقم اس فرد کو دینے کے بجائے زکات کے فنڈ سے علاج کے تمام اخراجات براہ راست ہسپتال کو ادا کر دیں گے۔
4363 > Do I have to pay Zakaat on the money which I loaned to someone? کسی کو قرض دیا ہے اور زکات دینی ابھی پڑی ہے ، تو کیا جو رقم زکات کے طور پر دی ہے اس پر بھی زکات دینی ہوگی؟
4335 > Can we buy something from Zakaat money and give it to the needy? کیا زکات کی رقم سے کوئی چیز خرید کر کسی مستحق کو دی جا سکتی ہے؟
4308 > There is a business dispute between two parties and no one has the funds to settle it. Can we collect Zakat, Sadaqah and Khairat from others and give it to them so they can settle their dispute? فریقین کے درمیان کاروباری لین دین کی وجہ سے سخت اختلاف بلکہ دشمنی ہے اور اتنی رقم کسی فرد واحد کے پاس نہیں ہے۔ کیا زکات صدقہ اور خیرات مختلف لوگوں سے اکھٹا کر کے انکو دی جا سکتی ہے؟

4289 > Is it permissible to take out a loan on interest to pay out an outstanding loan which is also accruing interest? ایک عورت نے سود پر کہیں سے قرض لیا ، رقم کی ضرورت ہے کہ وہ ادھار واپس کرے تو جو رقم لی جانی ہے وہ بھی سود پر ہے ، کیا یہ جائز ہے؟
4288 > If a person plans to give Zakaat to so & so, but when the time comes, he gives it to someone else. Is this okay? کوئی شخص زکات کی ادائیگی میں ارادہ کرتا ہے کہ اتنی زکات فلاں کو دے دوں یا فلاں کو۔ جب دینے کا وقت آتا ہے تو ارادہ بدل جاتا ہے اور کسی اور کو دے دیتا ہے ، کیا یہ درست ہے؟
4261 > I'm an employee at National Budget department. Recently, I was paid interest along with my salary. I tried to give it back to the department business they refused it. Can I give it to my disabled married sister who is unable to walk as I don't want to use this money for myself? قومی بجٹ میں ملازم ہوں اور کچھ عرصہ پہلے میرے اکاونٹ میم کچھ سود بھی آگیا تھا۔ ایک بہن جو معذور ہیں جو چل نہیں سکتیں اور شادی شدہ ہیں ، سود کی رقم کیا انکو دی جا سکتی ہے؟ قومی بجٹ والے اس سود کو نہیں لیتے اور میں سود کی رقم استعمال نہیں کرنا چاہتا؟
4236 > How much should we spend in the path of Allah Ta'ala? اپنے مال میں سے کتنا صدقہ کرنا چاہیے؟
4098 > I wanted to gift (donate) a motorbike to someone, after calling him I found out that he cannot ride a motorbike. Is it okay for me to give it to someone else now? میں نے بطورِ صدقہ ایک شخص کو موٹر سائیکل دینے کا سوچا اور ایک دن اسکو فون بھی کیا اور وہ دور بھی یے۔ وہ موٹر سائیکل نہیں چلا سکتا۔ کیا میں یہ کسی اور شخص کو دے سکتا ہوں؟
3011 > Is it preferable to give Sadaqah directly or indirectly to the needy? خود بَراہِ راست خیرات کو فقیر کو دیں یا کسی واسطے سے؟
2976 > My Zakaat is 3 lakh rupees. I'm thinking to create a fund for jobless people so they can start their own small business. Would it be okay to create a fund of this sort? If so, what would be the Shariah rulings for following scenarios: A). Can I provide them basic training for their startup business? B). Can I make a clause in the contract that whenever they succeed in their business, they return the money they recieved from the fund so others can benefit from it? C). Can I ask my friends to contribute their Zakat towards this fund? میری زکوٰۃ ہے تقریباً 3 لاکھ ، میں سوچ رہا ہوں کہ اگر میں اس کا ایک فنڈ بنا دوں اور بےروزگار لوگوں کو کاروبار کے لیے دوں جس کو جتنی ضرورت ہو۔ کیا ایسا فنڈ بنانا جائز ہوگا؟ اور نیچے دی گئیں صورتوں کے متعلق کیا حکم ہوگا؟ ا)۔ اس کے لیے پہلے ان کو کاروبار کی basic training بھی دوں، کہ میں ایک استاد ہونے کے ناطے کچھ تھوڑا بہت جانتا بھی ہوں۔ ب)۔ اب ان لوگوں ساتھ کیا میں یہ معاہدہ کرسکتا ہوں کہ جب اور اگر ان کا کاروبار کامیاب ہو جائے تو وہ پیسے واپس اس فنڈ میں جمع کرا دیں تاکہ کسی دوسرے کی بھی مدد ہو جائے؟ ج)۔ اور کیا میں اس فنڈ میں دوسرے دوستوں کو شامل کرسکتا ہوں کہ وہ بھی اپنی زکوٰۃ اس میں شامل کریں؟ (Ans include detail of khums system in Iran)
2972 > My three-year-old daughter has enough gold which is Zakatable. Who would be responsible to pay the Zakat for her? تین سال کی بیٹی کے پاس نصاب کے مطابق سونا ہے ، اسکی زکات کس پر واجب ہوگی؟
2959 > Where should the people living abroad give their Sadaqat-ul-Fitr; in the city they are residing or back home? بیرون ملک میں رہائش پذیر افراد کو فطرانہ کی رقم کہاں ادا کرنی ہے ، جس شہر میں مقیم ہیں یا اپنے ملک میں؟

Zakat is a Shariah tax and British government also collects tax from us, wouldn't it be as equivalent as paying Zakat when we pay the government tax? C). I have 20 plots in Gulberg Islamabad but I do not have complete possession of them yet. Do I have to give Zakat on them? D). My wife sold her jewelry to gift the money to our future daughter-in-law on 22nd June, is that money Zakat-able? زکات کا قمری دن کیسے متعین کریں؟ زکات ایک شرعی ٹیکس ہے اور حکومت برطانیہ بھی ٹیکس کاٹتی ہے تو کیا زکات اسکے قائم مقام نہیں ہوگی؟ میرے بیس پلاٹس گلبرگ اسلام آباد میں ہیں لیکن ابھی مکمل ملکیت حاصل نہیں ہوئی تو کیا ان پر زکات ہے؟ اہلیہ نے زیورات بیچے تاکہ 22 جون کو جو بہو آئے گی اُسے دے ، کیا ان پر زکات ہوگی؟

Would we have to give Zakaat on this plot? ایک ہاوسنگ سکیم میں پلاٹ کیلئے رقم کچھ قسطیں جمع کرائیں اور ارادہ تھا کہ بعد میں پلاٹ بیچ دیں اور پھر موجودہ گھر بیچ کر بڑا پلاٹ لے لیا۔ اس ہاوسنگ سوسائٹی سکیم کو NOC نمبر جاری نہیں ہوا۔ کیا اس پلاٹ پر زکوة دینی ہوگی؟
2869 > We have few jewelry sets which we intend to give to our children (2 sons and 2 daughters) upon their marriage. As these sets are not in our common use, what would be hukm of Zakaat on them? Our kids are 22, 19, 15 and 5 in age respectively. زیور ہے علیحدہ علیحدہ سیٹ کی شکل میں ، دو بیٹوں اور دو بیٹیوں کو شادی میں دینے کی نیت سے رکھا ہے۔ بچوں کی عمریں بترتیب 22 ، 19 ، 15 ، 5 ہیں۔ سارے زیور کا وزن کیا جائے تو قابل زکوة ہے مگر علیحدہ علیحدہ نہیں رہتا اور انکو استعمال بھی نہیں کیا جا رہا؟ ایسے زیور پر زکوة کا کیا حکم ہے؟
2843 > Is it better to give a Sadaqah or forgive a debt of a person? کیا صدق ہ کرن ا افضل ہے یا کس ی قرض دار ک ا قرض معا ف کر دینا افضل ہے ؟
2817 > I have a brother who has a low income and two unmarried sisters. Father is retired and gets his pension. I have made intention to donate 50% of my business profit as Sadaqah and keep the other half for myself. Will it be correct if I distribute it in this preference: sisters, brother, relatives, masjid construction & expenses? بھائی گوورنمنٹ ملازم ہ ے ، تنخواہ کم ملتی ہ ے اور والد صاحب کی پینشن ہ ے ، دو ہم شیرگان ہیں جو غیر شادی شدہ ہیں۔ نیت کی ہ ے کہ کاروبار میں جو نفع ہو وہ آدھا رکھیں گ ے اور آدھا نفلی صدقہ کر دونگا۔ کیا میں صدق ے کی رقم یوں تقسیم کر سکتا ہوں؟ مثلا ا اگر اسّی فیصد منافع ہ ے تو چالیس چالیس کی تقسیم۔ گھر میں بہنیں اور بھائی ، اعزہ ، مسجد کی تعمیر اور خرچ ، کیا یہ ترتیب درست ہوگی؟
2792 > How can we know that the deeds we do, charities we give have been accepted in the eyes of Allah Ta'ala? ہم لوگ جو جو نيک اعمال کرتے ہيں ، صدقہ خيرات ، تو کيسے معلوم ہو کہ يہ قبول ہوا يا نہيں ہوا ؟
2789 > My friend was told to give Sadaqah when her mother was in her deathbed. She asked her cousin to bring Sadaqah for her but before she could get it, her mother passed away. Now, what is the hukm of this collected Sadaqah? دوست کی والدہ زندگی اور موت کی کشمکش ميں تھيں۔ سب نے کہا صدقہ کرو تو اس نے صدقے کيلئے اپنے کزن کو کال کی۔ ابھی صدقے کا بندوبست نہيں ہوا تھا کہ والدہ کا انتقال ہوگيا۔ اب اس صدقے کا کيا حکم ہے ؟
2655 > Who should we give Qarz-e-Hasanah to? قر ض حسنہ کسے دینا چاہیے ؟

Can his loan be forgiven by giving Zakaat to him and demanding him to repay his loan? تجارت میں کسی شخص کے ساتھ لین دین کا معاملہ ہو اور غربت کی وجہ سے وہ شخص ادائیگی نہ کر سکتا ہو ، تو کیا زكوة کی صورت میں مقروض کا قرض معاف کیا جا سکتا ہے؟
2545 > Can we give Zakat to an illegal resident? If he has been arrested for some crime then can we give Zakat money to pay his fines to bail him out? کیا کسی ملک میں غیرقانونی طریقے سے رہنے والے کو زکوۃ دے سکتے ہیں؟ اگر جرم میں گرفتار ہوگیا ہے تو کیا جرمانہ زکاۃ والی رقم دے کر چھڑوایا جاسکتا ہے؟ جن کو چھوڑانا ہے ان کی مالی حالت بہت اچھی نہیں ہے لیکن مستحق ہیں یا نہیں یہپتا نہیں ہے؟

Would she still be eligible to recieve Zakat funds? ہم ایک خاتون کو کافی عرصے سے زکٰوۃ دیا کرتے تھے، ابھی ہمیں معلوم ہوا ہے کہ انہوں نے چار لاکھ روپے میں ایک زمین کا ٹکڑا خریدا ہے گھر بنانے کی نیت سے، یہ زمین کا ٹکڑا انہوں نے یقیناً اپنی بچت میں سے خریدا ہے، تو کیا وہ اس کے باوجود بھی زکوٰۃ کی مستحق رہیں گی، کیونکہ بظاہر وہ فقیر اور مسکین ہیں اور ان کی ضروریات زندگی پوری نہیں ہوتی ہیں، براہ کرم فقیر اور مسکین کی تعریف فرما دیجئے؟
2161 > Hazrat Mufti Saeed Ahmed Palanpuri sahib رحمة الله عليه said that in todays world one can give Zakat to Sadaat. In past, Islamic government used to give 1/5 share from spoils of war to Sadaat. In present day, no one cares for Sadaat and many of them are in poor conditions. What is your opinion? حضرت مفتی سعید احمد پالن پوری صاحب نے کہا ہے کہ موجودہ دور میں سادات کو زکوة دی جا سکتی ہے ، پچھلے دور میں اسلامی حکومت سادات کو 1/5 حصہ مال غنیمت میں سے دیتے تھے۔ آج کوئی اسلامی حکومت نہیں اور سادات کو کوئی پوچھتا نہیں ہے اور اکثر انکے حالات بہت خراب ہوتے ہیں؟

What if their gaurdian is self-sufficient, will Zakat be still considered as paid? نابالغ بچوں کی طرف سے سکول پرنسپل کو زکوٰۃ کے پیسے بطور فیس ادا کیے جائیں تو کیا وکیل یا ولی کو بتانا ضروری ہوگا؟ اور اگر ولی سرپرست غنی ہو، تو بھی اس کی طرف سے زکوٰۃ کی ادائیگی ہوگی یا نہیں ہوگی؟
