6034 > Rather than establishing a new graveyard, what is the Islamic ruling on reusing an existing cemetery by interring a recently deceased person in an already occupied grave? In our locality, despite having space in the cemetery, people choose to bury the deceased in the graves of their forefathers. Is this practice correct in the eyes of Shariah? نئے قبرستان کو آباد کرنے کے بجائے ،پرانے قبرستان میں قبر کو ختم کر کے نئی میت کو دفنایا جائے تو یہ کیسا ہے؟ ہماری برادری میں قبرستان میں جگہ ہونے کے باوجود اپنے آبا و اجداد کی قبر ہی میں دفنانا کیسا ہے؟
6027 > Close to a religious school, there exists a private old cemetery containing graves that are more than fifty years old. This cemetery is privately owned, and the owners have ceased allowing burials. Is it permissible, with their consent, to incorporate this area into the madarasah premises or not? پرانہ مقبرہ ہے جس میں تقریباً پچاس سال سے زائد پرانی قبریں ہیں ، یہ مقبرہ خاص افراد کی ملکیت ہے اور وقف نہیں ہے۔ یہ جگہ مدرسہ کے قریب ہے ، مقبرہ کے مالکان اس میں اب تدفین نہیں کرتے۔ تو کیا ان کی اجازت سے اس جگہ کو مدرسہ کے احاطہ میں شامل کیا جا سکتا ہے یا نہیں؟

5806 > Why is it not allowed in Hanafi fiqh for a husband to give ghusl to his wife after her death? Whereas, it comes in a hadith that Sayyidina Ali رضى الله عنه gave ghusl to Sayyidah Fatima رضى الله عنها. میرا تعلق اہل تشیع سے ہے اور فقہ حنفی پہ جو اعتراضات ہیں ان میں سے ایک یہ بھی ہے کہ موت کے بعد حنفی فقہا اپنی اہلیہ کے جسم کو چُھونا منع قرار دیتے ہیں اور گناہ سمجھتے ہیں۔ جبکہ فریقین کی کتابوں میں یہ ہے کہ سیدنا علی رضى الله عنه نے اپنی اہلیہ سیدہ فاطمہ رضى الله عنها کو غسل دیا تھا ، تو آخر حنفی فقہ میں یہ قید کیوں ہے؟

2968 > I normally jot down names of my passed away relatives & friends in a diary and at the end of each month, I do Esaal-eSawab by finishing Quran Majeed multiple times for them. I make dua first for Sayyidina Rasul-e-Akram سلم و علیه هللا صلي , Sahabah Kiraam عنهم هللا رضى ,pious souls and then people from my list. Is this a correct way? رشتہ دار اور دوست احباب جو دنیا سے جا چکے ہیں ، ان کے ایصال ثواب کیلئے ڈائری میں انکے نام لکهتا جاتا ہوں اور ماہ کے آخر پر جتنے قرآن پاک پڑھ لیتا ہوں ، دو یا چار ، تو اتنے لوگوں کے نام لے کر اس طرح دعا کرتا ہوں کہ رسول اکرم صلی هللا علیہ وسلم اور تمام صحابہ ، تمام نیک ارواح اور خصوصا ان افراد کو اسکا ثواب پہنچے۔ کیا یہ طریقہ درست ہے؟
2925 > My mother insists to fix up my father's gravesite, is it correct to do so? والد صاحب کا انتقال ہوگیا اور والدہ صاحبہ کا اصرار ہے کہ انکی قبر کو پختہ کیا جائے ، کیا کریں؟

What does Shariah say about this? یہاں جرمنی میں عیسائیوں کے قبرستان میں مسلمانوں کیلئے جگہ مختص کی ہوئی ہے۔ ایسے قبرستان میں میت کو دفن کرنے کے شرعی احکامات کیا ہیں؟ یا بہتر ہے کہ اپنے آبائی اسلامی ملک میں دفن کیا جائے کیونکہ انکے قبرستان میں بڑے بڑے صلیب اور اسی طرح فرشتوں کی مورتیاں بنی ہوتی ہیں۔ اگرچہ مسلمانوں کیلئے ایک طرف جگہ ہوتی ہے مگر اس بارے میں شریعت کیا کہتی ہے؟
2748 > Dr. Raymond Moody in his books, Life after Life and Reflections on Life after Life, have collected many testimonies & interviews of people who experienced clinical death and were revived subsequently. Who told, in their own words, what lies beyond death, how their soul transformed into some other form, and the presence of their loved ones waiting on the other sides, etc. What does Shariah say about these things, is this even possible? ایک مصنف ہیں ، رَیمنڈ مُوڈی ، انہوں نے کچھ کتابیں لکھی ہیں ، لائف آفٹر لائف اور ریفلیکشنز آن لائف آفٹر لائف ، اس میں انہوں نے کافی مشاہدات اکٹھے کیے ہیں جو مریض کو شدید بیماری کی حالت میں دس پندرہ منٹ کے لئے مردہ تصور کیے گئے اور انکے انہوں نے انٹرویوز کو جمع کیا ہے جو مختلف باشندے اور مختلف جگہوں سے تعلق رکھتے تھے۔ اس میں انہوں نے یہ بیان کیا ہے کہ ڈاکٹروں نے جب اُنکو مصنوعی تنفس کے ذریعے ہوش میں لائے تو انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ انہوں نے کافی عجیب و غریب مشاہدات دیکھے کہ انکی روح جسم سے نکل کر کسی اور صورت میں چلی گئی اور کئی دوسری جہانوں کی چیزیں انہوں نے دیکھیں۔ اسی طرح انہوں نے اپنے اقارب کو بھی دیکھا جو دنیا سے جا چکے تھے۔ تو جاننا یہ تھا کہ اس بارے میں شریعت کیا کہتی ہے ، کیا ایسا ممکن ہے؟

2388 > In one of your previous lectures, you mentioned that Sayyidina Umar رضى الله عنه nominated Sayyidina Suhaib رضى الله عنه to lead his funeral prayer (نماز جنازہ) in his will, as he was one of the first مظلومین oppressed of Islam. Wasn't he already appointed as the Imam of Masjid Nabawi صلي الله عليه و سلم at that time, making him the rightful person to lead funeral prayer nonetheless?

Is it permissible for a women to visit graveyard at night in the eyes of Shariah? مجھے بچپن ہی سے یہ بتایا گیا ہے کہ رات کے وقت قبرستان میں نہیں جانا چاہیے جس کی وجہ سے ایک خوف میرے دل میں بیٹھ گیا ہے، کیا شریعت کی نظر میں ایک عورت کے لیے رات کے وقت قبرستان جانا جائز ہے؟

Is this proven from Quran and Sunnah? How can a person protect himself/herself when going through this state? ایک عالم دین ٹی وی پر بتا رہے تھے کہ شیطان نزع کے عالم میں بھی انسان پر حملہ کرتا ہے اور اس کو بہکاتا ہے جس کی وجہ سے ساری زندگی پر گزرا ہوا ایمان کفر پر آ سکتا ہے، کتاب و سنت میں کیا اس کا ذکر ہے اور نزع کے عالم میں شیطان کا حملہ کیسے ہوسکتا ہے اور اس سے کیسے بچ سکتے ہیں؟
