5942 > We and our neighbors raise chickens and the problem we face is that some chickens within the flock become sick, yet they all gather together to eat and drink. Our experience has shown that the illness tends to spread among them. When we discuss this concern with our neighbors, they assert that the sickness does not spread. On one hand, causing harm to someone else's property is prohibited, while on the other hand, confining the chickens within our own premises is challenging due to the noise created by the rooster. How can we negate this concept as it is spreading rapidly? یووال نوح ہراری ایک یہودی تاریخ دان ہیں ، وہ لکھتا ہے کہ اسلام یا کوئی بھی مذہب آجکل کے دور جدید کے جتنے بھی مسئلے ہیں ان میں irrelevant ہوگیا ہے اور انکا حل نہیں دیتا۔ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ artificial intelligence ہوگئی ، feminism ہوگیا ، اِنکی وجہ سے جو جو مسئلے آرہے ہیں انکا حل عقل سے نکل سکتا ہے پر مذہبی علماء کے پاس انکا حل نہیں مل سکتا۔ یہ سوچ کافی زیادہ پروان بھی چڑھ رہی ہے تو اسکے بارے میں ہم کیا کر سکتے ہیں اور اسکو کس طرح سے negate کرنا چاہیے؟
2743 > Regarding the ruling in Islam on men wearing earrings, I have spoken to multiple scholars and they have all told me that its not permissible for men because its on the basis that it's imitating the culture of Kuffar and is copying women. But I was wondering when one scholar was explaining this to me, he mentioned that just because of the time period you live in, earrings for men are not a prominent style and it is not something men widely do. So, I was wondering that my intention for wanting to wear earrings is because I just like them and I want to wear them for myself when I'm at home during this lockdown period. And I don't want to get my ears pierced or I dont want to get earrings to show anybody or copy any style or purposely imitate women.I just want them for myself. So, my question is based off of my intentions, is it okay to get two silver hoop earrings which are a culture for men in Pakistan? Basically, can I wear small earrings for myself when I'm at home. I'm only 17 years old and I'm going to do this for 2 or 3 months while I'm at home during this lockdown? میں سترہ سال کا لڑکا ہوں اور کینڈا میں مقیم ہوں۔ مجھے كان میں بالیاں پہننے کا بہت شوق ہے۔ میں نے یہاں بعض علماء سے اس کے جواز کا پوچھا تو اکثر نے کہا کہ اس سےکفار اور عورتوں سے مشابہت ہوتی ہے۔ اور آج کل کے دور میں یہ مَردوں کا سٹائل نہیں ہے۔ میں یہ پوچھنا چاہتا ہوں کہ کیا یہ میرے لیے درست ہوگا اگر میں اِن لاک ڈاون کے دنوں میں صرف گھر ہی میں رہتے ہوئے انکو پہن لوں؟ نہ میری نیت کسی کو دکھانے کی ہے، نہ ہی عورتوں سے مشابہت کی ہے اور نہ ہی کسی شخصیت سے متاثر ہو کر پہننے کی ہے۔ برائے مہربانی! رہنمائی فرما دیں۔

2520 > We have few queries about our hindu neighbors. Is it permissible to eat their food consisting of vegetables or fruits? What if, the food they send us is offered to their God as a ritual first before they send it to us, will it be permissible to consume it? Lastly, if we accept such food, will it be okay to throw it in garbage or should we send it to some other non-muslim friend so it is not wasted? ہمارے ہمسائے ہندو ہیں، کیا انکا دیا ہوا کھانا جو سبزی یا پھل پر مشتمل ہو کھانا جائز ہے؟ جبکہ وہ بتوں پر چڑھایا ہوا ہوتا ہے۔ اگر ایسا کھانا قبول کر لیا ہو تو کیا اس کھانے کو پھینک دیں یا کسی اور غیرمسلم دوست یا ہمسائے کو دے دیں؟
